2001년 11월에 ㈜국토경관연구원을 설립, 엔지니어링 활동주체로 등록하였고 국토경관의
체계적 개발과 지역문화의 정체성을 발굴, 육성하는 방법론개발을 위해서 노력하고 있습니다.
Established in November 2001, and registered in engineering activities as a principal agent anddiscovered the identity
of local culture and the systematic development of land and local culture and made an effort to foster a methodology.

최근에 와서는 신도시개발시에 필수적으로 요구되고 있는 경관계획분야를 발전시키기 위해서 본 연구원에서는 국내최초 시레벨의
‘안산시 경관형성 기본계획’을 필두로 ‘강원도 경관형성 기본계획’ 등 최초의 도시레벨의 ‘경관계획’을 수립했습니다.
Recently, the new town development is essentially required to develop a landscape plan and for the first time in the nation,
the Gookto Future Creation Incorp made the basic plan in the province of Kangwondo on the basis of the landscape planning for city of Ansan.

그 동안 전국 30여개 지방자치단체의 경관기본계획에 참여하면서 각 지방자치단체만의 특별한 미래상을 전개해왔습니다.
토지 공상의 신도시의 택지개발시에 초기단계부터 공관계획을 입안하도록 했습니다.
In the meantime, the Gookto Future Creation Incorp has participated in the basic landscape planning
of the country in more than 30 municipalities and has developed own special.
From the early stages of the planning, it drafted plans for new town housing development.

최근 국내 도시계획과 관리의 동향

Recent national trends in urban planning and management

• 유럽이나 미국의 도시들과 마찬가지로 우리나라 도시들도 도시 성장 관리를 위한 관련 계획을 수립하고 정책적 수단의 강구를 필요로 하고 있다.
  특히 우리나라의 경우 2001년도 ‘국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률’에 이어 2007년도에 경관법이 제정되었다.
  경관계획은 도시기본계획과 도시관리계획에 이어 모든 택지개발 등에 있어서 필연적으로 하지 않으면 안 되는 계획으로 자리매김하게 되었다.
  국토경관연구원은 부단한 연구개발노력으로 창의적이고 차별화되는 도시를 만들기 위해 끊임없는 연구투자를 할 것이다.
  Like European and cities in the U.S, many cities in Korea are also required to develop related policy measures of the urban growth.
  Especially in Korea, ‘Land use planning and law’ was enacted in 2001 and landscape law was done in 2007.
  Landscape planning has become indispensible plan for all urban basic plans and management projects.
  The Gookto Future Creation Incorp will continuously invest its efforts in R&D for the purpose of making creative and differentiated cities.
