이제 우리 국토의 아름다운 자연환경 속에서 질 높은 인간의 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 보다 수준 높은 전략이 필요한 때입니다.
Today, it is time for adopting high-level strategy in order to lead high quality of human life in beautiful natural environment of our country.

Our Site plan can be viewed as a necessary strategy to excavate the identity of the culture for the purpose of making dream of the city and to prepare for future culture wars among the countries, cultures and environments for the purpose of improving the quality of life for individuals out of urban residents.
우리의 계획은 여러 가지 도시 활동이 만들어가는 행위 자체에 대한 바람직한 방향을 설정해주고 지역문화의 정체성을 발굴 육성하고자 하는 경관 가이드라인을 만드는 것으로 앞으로 국가간의 문화전쟁, 환경전쟁에 대한 대응전략이기도 하여 도시민들 개개인에 대한 삶의 질을 향상하고 확보해주기 위한 필수적 전략이라고 볼 수 있습니다.

The state enacted, in the principle pre-planning and post-development, “planning and landscape laws”. I have overseen these flows for 30 years and participated in Wonju city landscape planning, and the landscape master planning of Ansan city for the first time in 1980’s. I have already been developing by planning city-level landscape design in provinces such as Kangwon and in Chuncheon City.
국가에서도 선계획 후개발의 원칙에 의해 “국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률”과 경관법을 제정했습니다. 저는 이러한 시대적 흐름을 30년전부터 간파하고 1980년대에 국내 최초의 원주시 원일로 가로경관계획, 안산시 도시경관기본계획을 했고 1990년대에 이미 도차원의 계획인 강원도 경관형성 기본계획과 시차원의 계획인 춘천시 경관기본계획 등 도시레벨에서의 경관기본계획을 하면서 경관계획 분야를 발전시켜왔습니다.

In recent years, we have been participating in the planning of land selection for the purpose of deriving the desired results. We founded Gookto Future Creation Incorporation because it can lead the forefront of environmental-friendly industry and development with our vast experience in comparison to the Korean government and other companies who have only acted sporadically in the past. Officials, professionals, seniors and juniors, we ask you to encourage and support us for our future land.
최근에는 토지공사 등의 신도시 개발에서 택지선정단계부터 더욱 바람직한 결과물을 도출하고자 경관계획 분야에 참여해왔습니다. 도시를 만든다는 것은 단순히 땅가름을 하고 도로를 만들고 인구를 계획하는 것이 아닙니다. 눈에 보이지 않는 도시의 정체성을 만들어 가는 계획이며 도시에 바람직한 꿈과 혼을 불어넣어 살고싶은 도시를 창조하는 것입니다. 또한 어떤 특정 계층만이 아닌 모두가 잘 살 수 있는 평등의 사회복지를 실현하는 것으로 생각합니다. 국토미래창조연구원을 발족하게 된 것은 이러한 시대적 요청에 의해 그간의 경험을 바탕으로 지금까지 산발적이고 즉각적으로 개발되고 이용되던 토지 이용의 상황을 보다 창조적인 미래로 유도하기 위한 개발이나 환경정비의 방향을 선도하는데 앞장서고자 합니다. 관계자, 전문가, 선후배 동문 여러분들의 격려와 성원을 당부 드립니다.
